Due to Coronavirus we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize with the utmost care! Our cleaners will be wearing masks and gloves for cleaning and using products with bleach to sanitize all surfaces. We will also be washing and drying all linens on the hottest settings. We will provide Lysol cleaning wipes for guest use. Prior to guest arrival and upon guest departure we will be asking if anyone has experienced any flu/virus like symptoms so that we might take extra precautions in those cases. We ask that guests reschedule their visit if anyone has been sick up to 1 week before their arrival. Ok on to the good stuff... This upstairs unit was completely renovated (including new windows, insulation, roof, flooring, skylights, can lights, appliances, all new furniture, bedding, etc...) It's a beautiful and comfortable 4 bedroom / 2 bath unit with AC (yes...you need it in Newport) with remote start fireplace, wrap around balcony with bbq, flat screen TV's in every room - you'll never want to leave! Garage parking, beach toys, free use of washer/dryer, everything is included and your only 1 house from the sand (literally steps away). No walking across busy streets with your kids, etc....Super easy, fun and relaxing! This side of Newport is quieter and more relaxing but with easy access to the pier (2 miles away - 10 minutes by bicycle), walking distance to restaurants like the famous Cappy's Cafe, Burger Boss, Newport Beach Cafe, Spaghetti Bender, Eat Chow and easy access to Huntington Beach with great shopping / restaurants. We provide everything including bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, wagons to haul stuff to beach, umbrellas, pop-up tents, tons of wetsuits, sand toys, etc... We also fully stock the kitchen with everything you'll need to cook including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven/range, Rice Cooker/Slow cooker, blender, filtered water at sink and fridge (ice), etc... All linens including bedding and beach towels are provided and there are extras in the closets. You can't go wrong with this house - it is GORGEOUS! N.B. STL License# SLP12759 Please do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. I check in all of my guests, I have noise alert equipment and Ring Cameras. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house only the guests included on the reservation. Host will not issue a refund after stated cancellation due dates for Covid or any other issues. Consider travel insurance (insuremytrip.com) Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).
