Just a short drive you are surrounded by the Hudson Valley's best in hiking, biking, shopping, dining, antiquing and more! The town is a less than a mile away and the Hudson River, historic Reed Street of Coxsackie, is just 3 miles away~ The farmhouse is a dedicated vacation home with a private driveway. It’s mainly rented as a full house but we are open to renting to smaller groups for less than ‘full price’ with a last minute booking, simply inquire. You have access to a outdoor fire pit, outdoor patio and grill with outdoor lawn furniture. Gardens and plants...enjoy picking and eating produce/herbs growing on the farm. We supply coffee/tea, spices etc in our fully stocked kitchen! The barns are not for guest use unless specifically rented as part of a 'venue' package or other agreement, please inquire. While we always respect the privacy of our guests, we are available within minutes should you need anything at all! Head to nearby Reed Street for an afternoon of fun sitting on the deck overlooking the Hudson River. Popular local pub The Cask & Rasher is minutes away on Mansion Street, while breakfast at Chrissy & Tim's offers a true old-school diner feel. The closest airport is Albany International, just 35 minutes away. The closest train is Amtrack in Hudson...or Albany. You will need to rent a car however to really get 'here' and enjoy...or come fully stocked to hold up in the house during your stay. I hear we have Uber now! We offer the house to start for parties of 2 at the lowest cost. Each additional person pays an additional fee if using additional guest rooms. The house accommodates 10 guests (5 beds). If renting the house at lower cost based on less persons it is expected that additional beds/bedrooms and bathrooms would remain unused or you will be assessed an additional cleaning fee.
