On the left is the formal living room with kitchen nook table for 2 and original 1880's fireplace (non functional). The TV is a roku TV with SlingTV with over 50 channels. Off the formal living room is a spacious eat in kitchen with all appliances, microwave, Keurig, and fully stocked for your cooking and dining needs. Seating for four at the kitchen table. The unit faces the private road with mild traffic. There are shared common areas which includes parking lot, grassy areas, laundry room, picnic area with grill, a portable firepit, as well as a common area trail down about 1/8th of a mile long the Connecticut River beach and access point. There are portable fire pits available to check out and use. Staying at the property, you'll feel like you are in a quaint rural area, but within 2 minutes drive have access to everything you need like gas stations, food stores, and plenty of great local spots.
