We also leave out additional cleaning supplies for you to use at your disposal during your stay. Perched on Fifth Street overlooking the town of Nederland this house doesn't disappoint. A stone's throw from town yet you still feel like you are in the wilderness and surrounded by beautiful tree-lined mountains. You will have a keyless access code to the house that is specific to you and your group. Guests may access backyard through upstairs bedroom or laundry room. No garage access. Located on Fifth Street the house provides a quick stroll down the hill to town. A slightly longer walk uphill will take you to The Caribou Room, Nederland's newest local venue! Get around on foot, car, or RTD. RTD bus service is available to Eldora Mountain, Boulder/Denver, DIA and more. Less than a 10 minute drive to Eldora during winter months. Ideal mountain biking location for the summer months. Connect to trails less than .5 miles from house! Newly expansions on West Magnolia trail systems. Cell service is limited to AT&T and Verizon. Sprint and T-Mobile customers do not get service here. WiFi available to all guests. We strive to keep our property free of snow and ice but please use caution during your stay. Steps and walkway can be icy. Upon confirming your reservation you accept the risk of any and all personal injury or damages that may take place during your stay. Adverse weather conditions such as high winds and heavy snowfall can occur. 4WD car is recommended in the winter.
