Built in 1902 the home was extensively renovated in 2017 and named "The Bonnie Rose" after our mothers. The home is conveniently located in the Historic District of gorgeous Lake City. Situated only a few blocks from the center of downtown within walking distance to dining, night life, shopping and parks. Local laws allow OHV operation on town streets allowing easy access to the historic Alpine Loop as well as hiking trails and national forest right from the front door. No trailering needed just jump in and drive. There are numerous lakes and rivers for fishing . This unique Victorian home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and historic charm. The main floor master bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed. Also located on the main floor is another bedroom with a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses. The living and dining rooms have both Greek and Victorian accents and charm. An additional smaller dining area is conveniently located off the kitchen. Done in black and white and decorated with charming black and white photos of the local area and time period. The Main floor bath has a large claw foot tube with a shower. The upstairs has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The upstairs main bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress. The second room has two twin beds and third has a twin bed. The home has a large fenced yard making it ideal for entertaining, weddings, reunions and socializing. We are dog friendly. The large fenced yard includes two picnic tables a fire pit and a grill. The property has ample parking for your vehicles, trailers and OHVs. Refundable Deposit $500. Covers incidental damage and excessive cleaning.
