“The Spare Room”-Private King Suite Near College

You get a private room, private bathroom, and a living room space to yourself! Please know climbing stairs is a requirement to access this space! The kitchen is shared. This house is within walking distance to Hastings College and Heartwell Park. Backyard is large with a privacy fence, fire pit, furniture on a concrete patio. Great for staying the weekend for college sporting events, or we offer long term stay as well! You have your very own space in the basement! We do share the kitchen, but there is a coffee maker and mini fridge in the basement for you! Access to the space is through a side entrance near the garage. There is a lockbox on the door for self check in. We have on the street parking enough for two vehicles. We may see you come and go if we are in the kitchen or upstairs living room, but once you are in the basement your space is private. We like to give our guests their privacy, but we are always available to answer questions or give advice about our neighborhood, Hastings, and Grand Island. We are always available through the Airbnb app. Great neighborhood near Hastings College! Sporting events are held just around the corner and Heartwell Park is within walking distance! On street parking is across the street. We do have Uber and a taxi service here in town to help you get around!
