- All guests are required to respond to the questions below when sending me an inquiry to book the house. - Guests residing and booking from Maryland are required to put a $750 security deposit when I approve their request to book the house. - Absolutely No Parties, Events or Gatherings are permitted at the house. How many additional guests will be visiting the house? 4. How many parking spaces will you need? 5. Are you booking from Maryland? Hi I am Craig. I am a super-host who has been hosting with another platform for over 3 years (I have 103 great reviews with another listing). Below is some information about my house. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the house. My house is a rancher that has the main floor and the downstairs area (fully finished basement with a ping-pong table and a 4th bedroom). The house has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms are on the main floor and the 4th bedroom is in the downstairs area/basement). The house has 7 beds that sleep 11 guests. Sleeping arrangements on the main floor: 3 bedrooms sleep 7 guests. - Master bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom also has a large safe, so guests can keep a laptop and other valuables. - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a sleeper sofa (sleeps 1 adult or 2 small kids). The sleeper sofa has a CertiPUR certified memory foam mattress (72L x 37W x 3H) - Bedroom 3 has two single beds (sleeps 2). Sleeping arrangements downstairs (basement): sleeps 4 guests. - 4th bedroom has a full-size bed (sleeps 2) - A full-size futon (sleeps 2) downstairs in the common area that has a ping-pong table. 3 bedrooms on the main floor have beautiful wooden floors and area rugs for guests’ comfort. The 4th bedroom downstairs is fully carpeted. All bedrooms have nightstands with lamps, clocks/alarms, USB charging ports, mirrors, and plenty of hangers. The master bedroom has a large safe, so guests can keep a laptop and other valuables. The master bedroom, a living room, and the downstairs area with a ping-pong table have smart TV's each. Guests can log into their personal accounts to watch thousands of movies and programs of their choice: Amazon Prime videos, Netflix, Hulu, and many others. The house has a high-speed internet with Wi-Fi. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. - 1 Full bathroom is on the main floor (has a bathtub) - 1 Full bathroom is in the downstairs area (has a shower) - Half-bathroom has a toilet and a vanity with a sink. It has direct access to the master bedroom (located on the main floor). The house has a living room and a dining room (both are on the main floor of the house). The dining room has a gorgeous crystal chandelier and a dining table (6 chairs) for you to enjoy meals. Additional chairs (4 chairs) are available. The dining room has access to a private wooden deck that leads to a brick patio, so you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee in the tranquility of the fenced back yard. The wooden deck can be accessed both from the dining room and the kitchen. The deck leads to the brick patio that has a round table with 6 chairs. It also has a wooden coffee table with two rocking chairs. The charcoal grill and charcoal are available for guests' use. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator (2 doors), a gas stove with an oven (4 burners), a 2-slice toaster, and a microwave. It is also stocked with basic utensils, cookware and silverware, dishes, plates, bowls, cups, and glasses. Guests will enjoy a ping-pong table in the downstairs area. Essentials provided to guests: soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, bedroom linen, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. There is a washer and a dryer that guests can use. Parking is available for 3 cars. Two cars can be parked in front of the house (street parking), and the 3rd car can be parked in the driveway (though the driveway is steep, it is flat at the top) • No trailers, RV's or camping vehicles are permitted. Guests will use an electronic keypad to unlock and enter the house. Other details to note: 1. No baby gates can be installed at the house. The house is not designed and not suitable for children under the age of 2. There is a stairwell with 10 steps leading to the downstairs area – no baby gates can be installed. 2. The house is about 9 miles away from the airport. Some plane noise can be heard in the area. 3. Since it is a rental house, to give privacy to my guests and to comply with COVID-19 rules, unfortunately I can’t allow any requests to: - Walk on the property or to view the property until the check-in time of the confirmed booking. 4. Please do not wash any bed linen or towels. Simply leave them in the laundry mesh bag in your bedroom or place them in the white plastic laundry basket in the laundry room. 5. Please clean any spills after cooking in the kitchen. Extra trash bags are in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Do not put wet dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc. in the kitchen cabinets while they are wet. Use the black or grey drying mat to let them dry. Do not pour oil in the sink (pour oil in the container, which is in the cabinet under the kitchen sink labeled “Container for oil.”) Please keep the refrigerator clean.
