Beautiful Loft in Lowertown Arts District
My upstairs loft is in the desirable Lowertown arts district of Paducah, KY just a short walking distance from downtown Paducah restaurants and dining, the Quilter's Museum, coffee shops, and art galleries. You’ll love my place because of the location, the neighborhood, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). My loft is over 1700 square feet with high 14 foot ceilings so you'll have plenty of space. Skylights in the living room and master bedroom allow plenty of light in. The loft is on the second floor, so you'll need to be able to climb up a flight of stairs. As long as I am available, I am happy to give you advice/suggestions on restaurants and things to do in Paducah. If I'm around and I'm available I'd be happy to grab coffee or give you a ride to the airport. I will be available via phone and text throughout your stay. There is free street parking and there is also off street parking behind the building. The loft is located in one of the most desirable Lowertown Arts District areas and is within walking distance to downtown Paducah, restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. However, you will need to have a car to get around most of Paducah. There is a bus stop one block away as well. You can find the routes and fees by searching for Paducah Area Transit System. I will have the master bedroom closet locked, so you will not have access to a closet in the master bedroom. I will provide a rolling clothes rack for you to hang your clothes and there is a dresser with drawers for folded clothes. The 2nd bedroom closet and utility closet will be available as well. Please note: If you are booking during Quilter's Week in the Spring or Fall (April 17-22 and September 11-17) there is a 4-night minimum stay.
