Very spacious , quiet , extras like work desk, everything you would need. also very convenient travel to Hamilton College, Clinton, Clark Mills , Utica & Rome , 1 1/2 miles from Westmoreland I-90 THE HOUSE HAS 3 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHS, IT IS LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME WITH THE USE OF A FULL KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM AND PORCH. Very large yard, plenty of parking, 2 porches to choose from. Very safe neighbors. Nice place to relax. I live next door so that makes me available when needed. Neighborhood extremely quiet. There is plenty of parking and large lawn to enjoy! The house has everything you need to be comfortable but living next door I am willing to assist guest in any way I can.
