Cottage in the woods, lots of wildlife, fenced and paved, and very private,

Once here, you won't want to leave. Upon entering the cottage you have a great room with a large, comfortable sofa, fireplace and a great view in both directions. The Kitchen has a Jennaire range, a side by side stainless refrigerator, granite, and a large pantry.. The sun porch has a table that seats 10 where you can enjoy nature as it is all glass. To the left of the great room is the master suite with king bed, tv, walk-in closet, large bath with shower and large jacuzzi tub with view of the woods. To the right of the great room is a full bath and 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other a queen.One has DVD player and one has cable tv. I just added a 65” Smart TV. . House has WiFi . There is a walking trail through the 75 acres. Pets welcome. The property is beautiful and the home is so cozy! Our first morning having breakfast at the dining room table a buck walked by the window! It was such a peaceful getaway! The Horse Creek Winery is also pretty close. We went there for lunch and did a wine tasting! The lot the home is on is simply beautiful. After you enter the gate code from the highway, you drive down a long tree covered driveway to the most inviting porch ever. Off the one side, you see a big pond. The interior of the home is just perfect. Everything is in great condition and everything we needed was there. The beds were insanely comfortable, the family room was laid out perfectly, the kitchen was well stocked to cook for an army. We were in town for two weeks with a large diverse group of people who were staying at all sorts of properties in a 60 mile radius from Moultrie and everyone agreed, without doubt, that "our" house was, by far the nicest rental around. Considering that our group took up 10,000 hotel nights in that two week period, you can see what a big compliment this is. Any issues we had were dealt with within minutes. We always rent homes on vacation. Most are more than twice the cost of this one and my whole family agrees that this is the nicest one we have ever stayed at.
