The rustic house sits on a huge, heavily treed lot, with amazing sunset views from the main house or deck, and also from the upstairs master suite balcony. It's also great for keeping a close eye on kids playing in the yard, fishing off the dock, or splashing around in the lake. A large outdoor deck boasts plenty of room for grilling, relaxing in Adirondack chairs with your morning coffee, or having a glass of wine in the evening. A tree hammock accents the shaded yard with plenty of opportunities for that mid-afternoon nap! Near the water, we have a large outdoor propane fireplace/chimney for enjoying smores with the kids in the evening while sharing laughs and making memories with ample Adirondack chair seating. Access from the house to the dock is made easy with a large flagstone walkway, with illuminated deck stair lights. The boat dock (with 2 brand new 8000 pound boat lifts w/ remotes) has plenty of room for catching sun, eating, fishing, boating, swimming, or just watching the starlit nights! The water depth ranges from 4-10 ft around the dock with a safe, sandy bottom. Crappie, bass, and catfish are plentiful under and around the dock, making a FISH FRY an easy meal one night of your stay! We have installed 2 large whips, capable of docking up to a 25' guest boat during the daytime or overnight. The house is fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, and all the amenities of home! A large dining room and table (seats 8) and great room have uninhibited views of the yard and lake. There is a large 55in HDTV in the great room with DirectTV satellite dish. A propane fireplace also makes the great room complete for those cozy nights by the fire! The laundry room is complete with a full size washer and dryer. The bunk room downstairs has 6 single beds (3 bunk beds), which works great for kids or for extra sleeping arrrangements. The master suite (king bed) and guest room (queen bed) are both upstairs, each with full baths, and also each have an additional single bed in the room for small children or extra space. The master suite has 2 large closets, a glider chair, and a walk-out balcony with amazing views. The shower is built for 2, and has 2 shower heads with plenty of power! There is a front carport with room to park 2 cars or SUV's, and adjoining driveway which accommodates another 3-4 cars. An in-ground basketball goal accents the driveway for anyone wanting to perfect their jumpshot! We have the most comfortable beds and cold A/C for any of you late sleepers!! This end of the lake has deeper, clearer water, for better fishing, and is only minutes away from Tara Winery.
