This condominium (Pat's at Punalu'u) is located in Hauula along Oahu's North Shore just 5 minutes from Laie, one of the cleanest and safest communities in Hawaii. The PCC draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class luau, 6 island villages, activities, entertainment, learning, and award winning shows. So much to do! This is a one-bedroom condo located right on the beach with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise and sunset views! Located on a mid-level floor, accessible by two elevators. The condo was fully remodeled in 2019 and also has a full-size, in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area. The bed room has 2 full-size bunk beds (that’s 4 full size beds in total). The living room also has a queen Murphy bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Most parents or adults choose to sleep in the living room on the Murphy bed because of the the ocean view and breeze. Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road. There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay.
