Multi-family mountain top retreat! 4 King master suites & 8 bunks. 20mi to Breck

Absolutely BREATHTAKING views - the pictures do not do it justice - 6 separate bedrooms (4 bedrooms with King beds and private full baths, 2 bunk rooms with 4 beds in each room). If you are looking for true mountain top, get-away-from-it-all, Colorado experience, THIS IS IT! Every clear morning you will wake-up to a pink sunrise on snow-dusted mountains and at night you can see the Milky Way. There are few neighbors nearby and at 10,500ft on the side of a mountain, the house overlooks the valley as 14,000ft peaks tower across the way. Come enjoy our 6 bedroom/4.5 bath located on 8 secluded acres at the top of a mountain (10,500ft). 4 bedrooms each have a King bed with private attached full baths; then there are two bunk rooms (each with 2 full and 2 twin beds - each bunk room is an actual room closed off by walls and a door) with access to a 1/2 bath. You won't find another house like this: only 10 years old, an unhindered 180 degree view of 13,000 and 14,000ft mountain peaks just across the valley, clean modern finishes with a mountain feel, FOUR bedrooms with FOUR personal bathrooms, and 2 separate bunk rooms. The bunk rooms and bonus room, which has a movie quality 8 foot projection screen, are in a separate wing over the garage and have access to a 1/2 bath. The kitchen has an open concept that connects with the living room for community hangout or head to the bonus room in a separate wing of the house with the 8' projection screen. Each of the 4 king bedrooms are spacious with high-ceilings and private attached bathrooms, providing personal space for each couple and private retreat time with large windows and beautiful views in every room. This is a 2-level home built with solid concrete base floors inlaid with radiant heating so your feet are always greeted by a pleasantly warm floor in the winter. We just laid down high-quality new hardwoods (Feb 2017) in the main gathering areas and there is carpet in the bedrooms and slate tile in the bathrooms. Every room has a personal thermostat with crank-out windows w/screens so you can adjust your room to just the right temp - no A/C in Fairplay - weather is rarely over 80! The entire home has high ceilings and an open feel - even the lower-level bedrooms have 9-foot ceilings! The kitchen is open to the main living room so everyone can still be together during cooking time. The master bedroom on the main level has a nice soft King-sized bed, double vanity, double-headed shower and chest of drawers for clothes storage. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground level and feel equally as nice - all are furnished with King-sized beds and have single vanity bathrooms with shower/tub combos. There are sliding or walk-in closets and drawers for clothes storage as well as optional heated blankets for beds in the winter. This house is very comfortable for sleeping 8 adults and 8 children or 10-12 (max) adults. The central living room is decorated with brand-new furnishings: large couch will comfortably seat 8 and there is a TV with wifi-access (DVD, Netflix, Amazon, etc, no cable). Our favorite chairs are the two round swivel chairs which are also recliners! Get up early to watch the sunrise light up the mountains while reclining with a warm cup of coffee and a book! Or open the large sliding glass door and hangout on the 600 sq ft deck enjoying the quiet. The stars from the deck at night are unbeatable. The kitchen provides all your basic needs: spices, larger knives, Kitchen-Aid mixer, large pots and pans, child-feeding chair, and more. There is a sink with disposal, microwave, trash compactor, dishwasher, coffee-maker, coffee grinder, oven, and glass cook top. One of our favorite features is the recirculating hot water pump which you can turn on for your stay and you will have instant hot water to the kitchen sink at all times, as well as ALL the sinks and bathrooms. The movie room and bunk rooms are on the main/upper level in a separate wing over the garage; take the short hallway from the living room and you'll pass the half-bath on your left before you enter the movie room. The movie room is a BLAST. Cinema quality 8' by 8' screen and sound - the windows BLACK OUT the room and you will lose all track of time! Bring some of your favorite DVDs, choose from a few we provide, or rent from the local Red Box at Prathers 10 minutes from the house. Those staying in the bunk rooms have convenient access to a toilet and sink, but will need to share a shower with one of the 4 king rooms. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun tooling around Fairplay and its neighboring cities and then relaxing and watching the sunset from anywhere in the house. Fairplay is central for some awesome gold medal fly fishing, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, etc. Fun tips: We love to use the AllTrails app to locate local hiking spots. Buena Vista is a great town 50 minutes away with "Beautiful Views" and two GREAT coffee shops (Brown Dog and Roastery on the main) and then several great restaurants on the main strip as well. The drive is absolutely breathtaking and there are several fishing spots right off 285 as you drive down. Buena Vista is also known for its rafting. Breckenridge of course has endless amounts of activities for the whole family.
