Welcome to our home away from home. Nestled in the mountains in the exclusive Alpine Woods corner of Fox Farm, our large, cozy home will help you relax and recharge. Located on a large, flat, corner lot, you will have no trouble getting to and from the slopes (1.5 miles away) when the snow begins to fall. Besides the perfect location, and quaint neighborhood, you are sure to enjoy what our home has to offer inside. Before booking, please note we do not allow more than 8 adults (couple kids ok), no smoking of any kind inside, and absolutely no pets. Our contemporary single story home is over 2,550 square feet! Like our family, this allows your family and friends a chance to spread out and enjoy our open floor plan. When you are feeling social, you can cook up a great meal in our gourmet kitchen, while still chatting with the family sprawled out in the family room (watching TV in front of the crackling fireplace). Or, watch your kids put together a jigsaw puzzle on the large (more formal) dining room table in the dining/living room. Both rooms have panoramic windows. Right off the dining room is a large deck. The deck is where you will find the BBQ, table, and seating for 6... with an umbrella for those sunny spring and summer days. As you head down the hallway there are two, almost identical, good size bedrooms. Both bedrooms have king-size beds with memory foam top, ceiling fans, large closets, mirrors, TV (one room has an XBOX and the other plays DVD's), and box fans for those of you who like white noise while you sleep. Further down the hall you will find the large guest bathroom with vaulted ceiling and sky light. The bathroom is simple, toilet, dual vanities, shower/bath tub combination, and a place to hang your fresh towels. The next bedroom is the kids' retreat. Bunk beds, with full size mattresses, are a favorite. There is also a third full-size mattress trundle, which easily rolls out. This room has a TV with XBOX. In the bedroom closet you will find an Eddie Bauer Pack & Play for your toddler (no sheets/blankets). We also have a Baby Bumbo, portable high chair, and potty seats for your little ones. The master suite is a retreat. This large bedroom has it's own thermostat, king size bed, sectional sofa,, walk in closet, electric fireplace, back deck/jacuzzi access, vaulted ceilings, Direct TV, and large master bathroom with sunken bath tub. This room is a perfect way to unwind after skiing or hiking all day, enjoying a day on the lake, or just making dinner for the family. What makes this home extra special is the spacious, dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use. We also recently did a complete backyard remodel with new jacuzzi, shade structure, firepit, patio furniture, and lush grass area. We know you will enjoy all the amenities our home has to offer.
