Phoebe’s Nest is named after the dapper flycatcher (the Black Phoebe) commonly found in Plumas County and is easily recognized by its` distinctive grey and white markings and flight pattern.  This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is nestled among towering pines and located on the 17th fairway with views across to the 13th fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course.  (Please be sure to read the House Rules before making a reservation with us. That way, we will ALL be on the same page! Thank you.) The living areas offer ample spaces for family gatherings as well as privacy for enjoying a cozy evening in front of the fire.  The fully stocked kitchen and grill provides ample opportunity for cooking and meals.  A spacious west facing deck beckons for relaxation, outdoor dining and views of the golf course, forest and wildlife and some pretty awesome sunsets.    Walk to the pool across the street; pool towels thoughtfully provided for you by the owner of this home.  Nearby are hiking trails at Plumas Eureka State Park, the Lakes Basin and many mountain lakes/streams.  Four additional championship golf courses are nearby within 15 miles.  The surrounding community has many fine outstanding restaurants.  Come enjoy our bit of paradise; let us be your home away from home at our perfect mountain getaway!  The entire home plus the amazing outdoor deck with views to the 17th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Resort, will be for your use. Guests who reserve with us (Plumas Pines Vacation Homes) will have access to our pool and the code to the pool will be included with your check in instructions. We are a Vacation Rental management company that is open 7 days a week. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests and texts is: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season to answer any questions you may have! No need to load up your car as we are within walking distance to the pool, the golf club, Longboards Restaurant, hiking and biking trails. AND only 3 miles from down town Graeagle. There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance. You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes. 3 night minimum over holiday weekends required.
