Welcome to Balsams Peek, our newly renovated home. Enjoy the comfort and amenities of home while you revel in everything the Great North Woods has to offer! Your year-round adventures await! Our home is located directly on the ATV trail and is only steps away from the snowmobile trail. *One bedroom (with brand new comfortable queen bed). *One newly renovated bathroom with glass enclosed shower. *Fully equipped kitchen. *Large living room *Large deck with plenty of outdoor seating. *Fully stocked fire pit and 3 acres to enjoy! You’ll have access to the lower level apartment. You’ll have your own private entrance, parking, deck, and fire pit. We love to socialize and meet new people! We actually met good friends of ours through Airbnb. It’s a long story... but, it’s a good one! We also understand the importance of getting away and having alone time and peace, especially in the great north woods. Time to relax and enjoy what’s at your fingertips to explore. This house has two living spaces. We use the upstairs space for ourselves. We visit the space often. Sometimes we are around and sometimes we aren't. We love Colebrook because you are close to everything! Snowmobiling, ATV, hiking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, and so much more. The town has some great places to check out and we will give you tips on things to do if you’re looking for them. We have ample parking for all your toys!
