East Elmhurst Front walk-in Apartment

Elmhurst/Flushing is centrally located to a diversified neighborhood. Citifield, Queens Museum, US Open @Arthur Ash Stadium and Flushing Meadow Park just couple of miles. Plus bus to subway runs from my corner of Apt. Every 10 minutes from 6AM-9PM(peak Hours) bus departs and connects you to #7 train which gets you into Manhattan in 30-40. Main Street in Flushing is Home to over 100 Asian restaurants and shops. Northern Blvd, 3 blocks away, has dozens of Latin American restaurants/bars/ent. Front BR w/shared Kitchen and bathroom. Although BR has a private door with lock, there is a partion screen closed by zip tie and a blackout blind seperating from Kitchen. (Rear Bedroom Room listed separately with entrance thru back). Your entry will be through front door of ground floor and you will be given keys for only Front BR. Bedroom can be used as Livingroom when Entire Apt is booked. But you are booking only the Front Room with 1 Metal futon that is Full size for 2 guest and 1 wooden futon as Twin bed for only 1 guest. Central air and central heat throughout. The Q19 to N train in Astoria OR Q49 to #7/E/F/M subways will have you in Manhattan within 30-40 minutes. Guest can access the common areas of kitchen/dinette and bathroom/shower. Has rear access entry, BUT in the event of an emergency there is also a front exit, which does not require key to exit. You will only have key for front entry upon check-in. I am available for any issue or concern. Elmhurst is a diversified neighborhood. Close to many Asian restaurants/shops of Main Street in Flushing. Also close to Northern Boulevard and Roosevelt Ave, where connection to #7 MTA subway takes you to Manhattan in 30-40 minutes total trip. I live just 3 miles away in Astoria via Grand Central expressway and it is a safe and exciting neighborhood with many tourist attractions within 2-3 miles right here in Queens. Super close MTA bus starts route across street from my front step and departs every 10 minutes from 6AM to 9PM and gets you to #7 train in 15 minutes. Once connect to subway you will be on East side of Manhattan within 15-20 more minutes. 24 hour Supermarket across street and Dunkin Donuts as well. If you have a car street parking if available with 1 block radius of me. United Nations is about 8 mile drive away and world famous Bloomingdales is 6.5 miles drive . (See photos). The BR has a locked door to enter from front. However, you only have shutters to close the opening from widow to your front BR plus "blackout blinds" to block light from kitchen. I only do 1 night rental for up to 3 guest to sleep on 2 opened futons.
