Long term stays only ...considered on case by case basis. Very clean, very limited occupancy etc. We will only consider long term reservations because of the Covid situation. Please see minimum days in terms of reservations. Very spacious 3 room, 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom unit. The bedroom is large and offers a comfy king size bed. There living room has plenty of seating and feature a large screen TV TV's. A very private arrangement, very spacious and in impeccable condition. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Lots of sunshine as all of the windows offer a southern exposure. Cable and wifi also provided. Off-street parking, private entrance. We live close by and can be helpful when needed. Centrally located to downtown on a quiet residential street. Walk to great eating establishments, local fitness centers, and great hiking, biking, and walking trails. Closely situated to local private schools including Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook, Bement, Stoneleigh Burnham, and Northfield Mt. Hermon. A bus terminal is a half mile away. The Amtrak Vermonter is now here. The terminal is 2 blocks away--a 5 minute walk. Plenty of off-street parking, private entrance. We live close by and can be helpful when needed. Otherwise, you not see us unless we are doing yard work or snow removal. Located on a quiet residential street. Short walk to great area eating establishments, local fitness studios, the YMCA, hiking, biking and walking trails. A bus terminal is a half mile away. Easy access to Amtrak Vermonter that has begun operating just 2 blocks away. Conveniently located to downtown and the recently opened Amtrak train station. Easy access to Rte 91, Rte 2, & Rtes 5&10. 5 minute walk to downtown and Highland Park. (walking trails and tennis courts)
