Effective July 3rd to August 28th we are welcoming guests checking in Sundays for weekly stays. Duncan House was built in 1920 and has unique architecture. Come and enjoy it's old world charm with modern amenities. The house is centrally located ... walk to downtown shopping, the beach and dinner. Duncan house has a large living room for family gatherings. BBQ grill on the patio. Large yard for kids to play. Guests have full access to the house and yard. The yard is large enough for the kids to play while adults socialize. Guests will have access to assistance when needed. All the best of Goderich is located within walking distance; downtown shopping, restaurants, bakery, beach, Tim Horton's. Duncan House is walk-able to many amenities in town. If you need to drive in town all the parking is free.
