Queen bedroom w/ personal A/C and heat. Quiet, private room in house on horse farm. Private room. Enjoy use of kitchen, patio, and fireplace. You'll feel like a princess high in a tower with 3rd floor window views... Friendly well behaved pets allowed $50 fee for first night, each additional night $5. I have two dogs, a hamster, a cat and two horses. Quiet country lane, privacy, peace and quiet abound. Walking trails right next door and the lane is also lovely for walking. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster oven, Wifi, bathroom (includes general toiletries), towels, patio, outdoor fire pit, indoor fire place (limited availability), yard. Horseback riding lessons and horsemanship lessons available for all ages at additional rates, by appointment only. Please inquire in advance if interested. I am there if you have questions, but will leave you alone if you prefer privacy. Also, I work in NYC through the week so wouldn't be there during the day. Private lane, no traffic and quiet. Lovely walking trails right outside. There is no public transportation. You need a car or taxi to get around/into town/the train station from this property. For an additional fee, if organized in advance I can provide breakfast, picnic lunch, dinner, beach chairs, and daily beach passes for guests. There are three beaches in Greenwich. Horseback riding lessons/pony rides are also available for an additional fee. Please inquire if interested. Sorry no pets accepted.
