The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, downstairs ½ bath and an upstairs full bath. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($10 pet fee) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here. The house is in a small town neighborhood and is a 10 minute walk to the center of town and a 20 minute walk to the bike path and The Glen, a beautiful forrest with hilly terrain, where you can hike on clear trails. We are about 20 minute drive to Springfield and Xenia and a half hour from Dayton.
