Ranch living at its BEST. We are a 50+ acre farm, complete with horses, donkeys, stables and pasture area. Our 3 bed/2bath loft home is Texas style with a Native American feel. Feel like home in a country setting, just outside of Dallas. You'll love lounging in our hammock under the shade trees. And after a long day, the hot tub is perfect to release all of your worries. Rocking chairs line our front porch, and our back porch is covered with a gas grill for your outside entertainment. The property is conveniently located, right off of the farm road & minutes away from a quaint downtown area. Close enough to enjoy the city, but quiet enough to love the peace & tranquility that the country has to offer. Since we do have stables & several large pastures, we do welcome you to bring your horses with you. We offer day use in the newly redone arena, & boarding. Additionally, we offer an overnight stay if you are just passing through & looking for a stall & pasture for your horse or other livestock. No pets are allowed You'll get to enjoy our barrel races, horsemanship clinics, & roping shows every Friday evening! (weather permitting:) The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items you need for cooking & serving meals. Guest has access to entire home, as well as covered patios, hot tub & front & back yard. I am available anytime during the day for all your questions or needs should anything not be perfect upon your arrival. I also have farm helpers that live on the back side of the farm to greet you upon arrival and answer any questions or help you get settled. We will make sure your stay with us is nothing less than perfect. We are close enough to Dallas to enjoy a day in the city without having to far to drive. 45 minutes unless you hit heavy traffic. Downtown Greenville is about 5 miles away with historic shopping and lots of eateries as well as the local hospital. Walmart and other grocery stores within 5 miles. We are located 9 miles from Interstate 30 directly on US-380. Easy to find when venturing out for the day. Absolutely no pets allowed. There will not be any exceptions. We do not offer horseback riding at this time. Please inquire if you intend to host a small gathering, we must be notified and a fee is required and it must be approved. We are accepting them less and less due to Covid, however, if doable we will allow them for a fee. They must end by dusk, have no more than 25 people, and must be contained to the front & back yards of the house. Must have no more than 7 cars. Party must remain outside.
