BeachView Cottage in Port Elgin

A lovely three bedroom cottage that is just steps away from the main beach in Port Elgin, ON. The cottage will comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. The newly renovated kitchen has a full suite of appliances including a dishwasher. It is fully equipped and also includes a private patio area in the backyard with patio tables, propane BBQ and a fire pit. The BeachView also has, a large HDTV with digital cable, a BluRay / DVD player and wireless internet access. A prime location, just steps away from Port Elgin's main beach and harbour. Guests have access to the entire cottage, the back deck, the large front porch, and large fenced in backyard. We live in the area but our intention is to give you the full privacy and experience of the cottage on your own. Always reachable by phone as needed In Port Elgin, you'll find not just one beach - but 6 amazing beaches. A beach destination since the early 1900's, with one visit you'll understand why these white sand beaches and our harbour are one of Ontario best kept vacation secrets. Our various beaches suit a family day at the beach complete with playground. Or visit a to a secluded location on a picturesque beachfront. Perhaps a visit to what seems like your own personal beach. Our natural beauty and world famous sunsets have to be seen to be appreciated! The cottage has ample parking for 2-3 vehicles. It is conveniently located steps from the beach and a short walk to Port Elgin's shops and restaurants. This is a fully equipped housekeeping cottage. There is a washing machine on site suitable for small loads, but no dryer. Guests are required to bring the following: - bed linens (sheets, pillow cases, extra blankets) - towels (beach, bath and hand) - 1lb propane tank for the Napolean gas BBQ We provide the following: - dish towels - paper towels - toilet paper - dish/hand soap - garbage bags Unfortunately we do not allow pets to accompany you during your stay.
