"THE COOP"

"The Coop" Modern farmhouse, all newly renovated, located on a wooded lot. All new kitchen, appliances, washer, dryer, with 2.5 bathrooms with an open concept. This is not a home for children or pets. Please see pictures for details. If you have ever stayed at Strawberry Cottage this is right next door and across the street from Manakiki Golf Course with easy access to the highway. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom in the lower level with a separate entrance. This is our third Airbnb and the other homes are right next door to "The Coop". One is called Strawberry Cottage and the other is Strawberry Cottage Too and is only for two people. We are always near the property if there are any questions. All these places are for adults only. NO CHILDREN 18 YEARS OR YOUNGER AND NO PETS. When people stay at any of our properties, they have these to themselves. We will meet you at the home and show you around. If you have any questions, we will be right next door at one of the properties. We will stay in whatever property which is not rented and available to answer any questions if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe since all home also much be on an acre of land if they are in Willoughby Hills. If you like to golf, there is an outstanding course right across the street and it is a public course open to all. There is no public transportation unless you want to use Uber or Lyft. However, the home is convenient to everything from downtown Cleveland to downtown Willoughby as well. The home in on a septic system so nothing can go down the toilet except toilet paper....and we mean nothing. This is very important for guests to know. This is an adult property only. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
