Plenty of parking on hillside slope. Enjoy all the adventure Marble has to offer- visit the Crystal Mill, head over the Lead King Basin to Geneva Lake, or just hike on unlimited amounts of trails. Back country skiing and show shoeing are popular wintertime activities. Owners live in bottom portion of the house, completely separate from upstairs unit for your privacy. 5 minutes from town, 8 minutes to Crystal Mill trail head, 30 minutes to Avalanche Ranch hot springs/Penny hot springs. One and a half hours to Aspen and the Maroon Bells on a clear day. Well behaved pets ok. Wifi is available, but as is the case in all of Marble, it is not recommended for streaming and downloading large files. **HIGH SPEED INTERNET COMING SUMMER 2021** Owners have one dog and a cat.
