Southern homestead 2

Enjoy the rustic/modern feel of our place. Close to the city but also close to great hiking area's and right off the ironman route. So this is a triplex, one apartment upstairs and two downstairs. Each have their own entrance and only the bottom two share the laundry room. My brother Ely lives in the upstairs unit and is the person to ask for hiking trails and all things outdoors. We are just 20 min from downtown chattanooga , so close to everything but a little removed for a quiet and peaceful time. This is 60 acres of family property. You can feel free to explore the woods or walk up the driveway to our small farm to see the animals. My name is Emily and Im always available and love to meet new people but am always wanting to give you the space you need. I can be there to greet you or can make myself scarce as needed. I'd love to direct you to great restraunts, shows, stuff for the kids, tourist spots and local favorites. This 60 acres of family property. Feel free to roam up the driveway to the barn where our animals are, you may even get to see baby piglets or goats depending on the time of year. We are a little far out for buses but dont worry , Uber is always willing to take you into the city if need be My brother Ely lives upstairs and is a camping/hiking/kayaking enthusiast with a great knowledge of the best local spots.
