Nice house in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood located in-between major highways I-35 and 114. I'm an easy going guy and very respectful. The house is located near the Texas motor speedway, 20 min from the airport, close to major roads. The bedroom is private, comfortable, with a closet and desktop. Parking space are available in the driveway and the street. 1 shared bathroom. I keep my place super clean and comfortable so guest can feel they are at home. There is a Kroger 5 min away for grocery shopping and there are some restaurants and fast food places around it. You can access the bedroom through a direct entrance and the shared bathroom. Once you have your door code, please make sure to press the word on top of the keyboard first to illuminate it and then enter your code. The door will lock automatically once you are inside and if you close it properly. I prefer to give the guests their space but I'm not opposed to socialize. I can be reach at any moment via text message or you can call me. I will gladly answer any question you might have. Very safe and quiet. Best to get around in car. Kitchen and laundry room not offered at the moment but there is access to a microwave and the room has it owns mini-fridge.
