Jewel City Gem! Near Ritter Park, Cabell Hospital

Hello! This is our home in beautiful Huntington, WV, situated a baseball's throw from the most beautiful park in the tristate, Ritter Park (plus dog park!), and just a 5 min walk to Cabell Hospital, Marshall's School of Pharmacy, and Marshall's Forensic Science Center. Or hop in the car for a quick trip to Marshall's football & basketball stadiums, downtown to enjoy our many great restaurants, shop at The Market, or head up to the Huntington Museum of Arts. We hope to connect with you soon! We are collectors of unique art, books, music, and the like, so if you're like-minded we're sure you'll enjoy browsing the shelves and feel more at home here than in a typical cookie-cutter AirBNB. We travel a lot ourselves and know what we look for in a great AirBNB, and so we hope that you'll find that here. You'll can walk out the front door and around the corner to the tri-state's most beautiful park (seriously), or a few blocks to Cabell Huntington Hospital, MU School of Pharmacy, or MU Forensic Science Center. It's also just a 5min drive to Marshall's football and basketball stadiums, downtown to enjoy our great restaurants, or up the hill to our historic Huntington Museum of Arts & Conservatory. **Side Note: There is a 3rd bedroom (with treadmill) available for an additional $30 per night. If you'd like access to the 3rd BR simply let us know after reserving. You will have access to the house, the front porch, and the back patio with a fenced in yard. You will also find bedrooms with TVs, one and half bathrooms, and two great porches for enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice. Please note the home is a work-in-progress with spots still in need of TLC and two small areas of the home still under renovation, but they do not affect your stay. Our listing is self-check in with a keypad, but we will be available for any questions via message or phone call! We also have friends nearby for support should a need arise. Walk to Ritter Park, run the loops, visit the dog park, check out the playgrounds, the fountain, and the local bike and coffee shops. Walking distance from Huntington food staples Frostop, GD Ritzy's, and Tudor's Biscuit World! A private drive is available, as well as street parking. Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as several bus stops within a two-block distance. Please note that after having had several bad experiences, we do not typically rent to guests with zero reviews. If you would like to let us know more about yourself and who will be with you, what you will be doing while visiting, if you have used AirBNB before, etc. then we may make an exception. Dogs are allowed (no cats) but we ask you tell us about your good boy or girl before approval, and we love pictures! Must be flea treated and crated any time left alone (on a rug, both which you provide). For each dog more than one we charge a $25 deep-cleaning fee. Stays over 1 week with a dog may require deposit, depending on size, age, etc. Just talk with us :) We have outside security cameras that we ask you do not unplug. These are for the security of both our home and our guests, specifically placed to not interfere with your privacy while enjoying your stay.
