My home is centrally located in a beautiful safe neighborhood in the suburbs of Suffolk County Long Island, 5 minutes away from Stony Brook University (SBU) and Port Jefferson. This extravagant room provides it all! The spacious bedroom has a full size bed, TV w/cable and internet, dresser, and central A/C and Heat. The room is up the stairs. It provides a mini fridge in the room as well. Across the room is the private bathroom. Downstairs is the living room and kitchen. Private bedroom: The very spacious bedroom which includes a queen size bed, a dresser, mini fridge, closet, and cable tv. Private bathroom: Amazing spacious bathroom right down the hall. Kitchen & Living Space: Available luxury kitchen and living room space! Can cook quick meals using oven or stove and make coffee or tea. Please be advised that you will be using and having exclusive access to a bathroom one floor below. Love to socialize with guest if requested. Easy to contact via text or call. Located in high-end neighborhood near Stony Brook University! Upstairs Accept with the following clarification: 1. It is not the whole house. 2. They cannot have guests over to hang out. 3. The kitchen use is for light cooking only. Guests may use the stove and microwave. Amenities are available to registered guests only. Registered guests cannot invite their friends or non-paying guests to hang out, use the premise amenities including the pool, the shower etc… 5. We do not allow any pets on the premise under any circumstances. My mother has a history of asthma and is allergic to pets. 6. The units are mainly intended for adults who need a place to stay or rest while conducting business in the area. 7. There can only be a maximum of two guests occupying each unit.
