Quiet neighborhood. A few kids seen outside from time to time, but mostly everybody keeps to themselves. Nobody seen just hanging or standing on the corner. Paying guests are allowed in their bedroom, upstairs loft, upstairs microwave, coffee maker. There is no access to downstairs or rest of the house. Laundry service available for $10 a load. (Wash, dry and fold) Guests will access house through front door only. Fairly new subdivision. Phase 1 & 2 was built less then 4 years ago, Phase 3 & 4 (where our house is) was built less then 2 years ago. Taxi, Lyft, Uber, your personal car, there no public transportation available No smoking is allowed in the house or on any part of the property.
