The Bonnie View Place

The Bonnie View Place was created as a fully furnished temporary living space for those that find themselves working away from home for a little while. You will be staying in a master bedroom with a private bath. The room is equipped with internet TV and WIFI, a queen sized bed, linens, a small desk and a dresser. This master bedroom is inside a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on a quiet street. Most folks work during the week so its pretty quiet then with more activity on the weekends. Whether you are a construction or a medical professional the Bonnie View Place has a quiet room for sleep, ample closet space and a private bath. You will have kitchen privileges, along with a washer and dryer. Common Areas: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans (just missing a dishwasher). You are welcome to cook as you see fit. We make sure that there is a shelf in the pantry for you and space in the fridge as well. There is an eating area near the kitchen and a table on the back deck. The Living room has a few easy chairs and a 55 " TV with Direct TV viewing. Pretty simple really. The back yard is small with a BBQ, but a nice outdoor space. Sometimes we stay at the house, other times we are not there. Depending on our work schedule you might have the house to yourself. You will be able to access the kitchen, living room your bedroom and bathroom. The back yard with gas grill and the laundry in the garage is also available for your use. The best way to contact me is by phone or text. We use the home for work purposes in the Bay Area, but are not always taking residence there. Our neighborhood is full of working families; quiet during the day and a bit active on the weekends. Everyone is friendly, has a bit of time for chit chat and you can usually hear some kids playing. We are about a mile away from the grocery store, and auto parts store and a couple of the banks. Your best transportation option is your private automobile. There is parking space available off street for you and well as on the side of the street. The Bonnie View Place is about 3/4 of a mile from the nearest grocery store and a Target. After you book, we will give you a code to the key box. There will be a key that will allow you into the front door. Please put this key back as I have a key available for you in your room. When you enter your room you will see that the bed is not made. The clean sheets are on the bed and blankets are in the closet. Since we are not there on a regular basis and our daughter does come up to visit (when not occupied), we felt this was the best way to make sure you get clean linens.
