Quaint Cottage

Located close to the Interstate, my place is a cozy 1936 small old farm house with loads of character on just under an acre of land. Big trees give morning and afternoon shade as you relax in the hammock in the back yard, which provides a private feel. Close to town with a park down the road, my place is easy to get to yet also a relaxing escape. Whether you are wanting privacy or a welcoming local, you will find it here at my home. The bedroom and bathroom with be your private space while you stay as well as the shared hammock space in the back yard. Other areas of the home could be accessible on a case by case basis. PARKING- When you pull into the driveway, there will be a dirt patch on the right hand side of the driveway that is designated for guest parking. You can just pull in and part parallel to the drive way and to the raspberry patch. Go ahead and pick a handful if they are in season! :) I live on site and am available as needed for my guests. I love to meet new people and am up for socializing, however I also will respect my guests preferences regarding privacy and relaxation or socializing and assistance. Close to a park and 5 minutes from downtown Caldwell and the Caldwell river walk. There is not a lot of public transportation in this area of the state, or in Idaho as a whole.. There are taxi's and Uber, however town is only 5 minutes away. Please no smoking and no pets. I have two cats, one mostly outdoors and one that goes in and out.
