Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if you need to. Pretty quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. You can bring your boat also, because the landing is very very close to the house. With kids or friends, you will enjoy it. You will enjoy beautiful sunset outside at the firepit.... and stay cozy inside with the fireplace! Cozy house with lake view, quiet place for kids and family. WIFI, DVD in one room. Veranda so you can have a drink on the evening and sit outside on Adirondack chair in front of the firepit or if it’s cold stay inside at the fireplace and look at the Lake. Whole house and Feel free to bring your boat if you want or paddle board. Also, if you have a boat, sailboat, Seadoo or anything that needs a dock, my friends at Chazy Yacht Club will make great deals for you :) Unfortunately this cottage is not available to rent for more than 3 weeks. Neighbours live there year-round, so please respect their privacy too. When driving on the private road, go slowly there is dogs and kids. You can make your groceries, liquor store, hardware store, pharmacy, ATM, buy some local food in less than 15 minutes in Rouses Point, Champlain or Plattsburgh if you wanna go further. You can walk near the lake and do Hiking in the Adirondack and walking path. During the summer, there is a public beach at Pointe-Aux-Roches with volleyball and picnic tables. Great area for biking, hiking, running in front of Lake Champlain. 30 minutes from Plattsbrugh for some Shopping of all kind and liquor stores. Or if you’re coming from Canada, stop few minutes at the Duty Free in Lacolle! Easy to park near the house and you can put the adress on (Hidden by Airbnb) map. Last house on the road. If you are using the fireplace inside the house, follow the rules and use it carefully. Don’t do any kindling inside the house and fireplace is not made for heating the place. Security camera outside the house watching the parking lot and the shed only for mail and against theft. This is a quiet neighborhood, make sure to respect them and don’t do any parties outside. You can’t bring any pets without permission and no smoking allowed inside the house. You rent for yourself and not for others guests coming during your stay.
