This a very large room of about 400 square feet. This is not your typical room its a suite. Wake up to the gentleness of nature with calming views of nature and trees with a gaze through the Windows. The rooms decor is calming with a blueish accent wall, a relaxing bed and a sofa to kick back and relax. Room does not include Kitchen use. 30 Days Minimum Booking Required. We're located in Columbia MD voted as one of the best places to live in the US. We are within walking distance of the World Famous Columbia Mall, Howard County General Hospital. Fort Meade and Anne Arundel Mills Mall are about 20 Minutes away. We also have Restaurants, Movie theaters, grocery stores, and much more close by. Guests can use the kitchen and dinning areas. All we ask is that guests clean up after themselves and be tidy. I don't mind socializing with guests but I am fine with giving guests their space or privacy. Guests can get around easily using uber or lyft. Were 22 minutes from the greenbelt metro train station where you can board a train to Washington DC to avoid traffic. Were also very close to Baltimore and Annapolis which are about 25 minutes away by car. Uber and lyft will work for this locations. However there are buses that go to Baltimore from Columbia. We also have commuter buses that go to DC daily. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood and we like to keep alow profile by being quiet and not drawing attention to the house
