The guesthouse is conveniently located just minutes from I 64 and downtown Huntington and Marshall University. The outdoor areas are shared with guests from our other listing - Sweet Tea Cottage There is a TV, Roku with Hulu set up, and a DVD player. The porch and garden/patio areas are shared with guests from our other listing, Sweet Tea Cottage located on the same property. Hosts live nearby and will be available for calls/texts and for visits and advice on the area as desired by the guests. Quiet, cozy atmosphere just minutes from the city of Huntington and within 15-20 minutes from Barboursville and Milton areas. Easy access by car to downtown Huntington-turn left from driveway and you have a straight shot to MU and Pullman Square in downtown Huntington. (Less than 10 minute drive) Parking for 1 car available in driveway (there is parking for 3 cars at the top of the driveway; however, we ask that you leave two spaces available for guests staying at our other listing next door on the same property.) There is additional parking at the bottom of the driveway.
