The Addison loft building is positioned near restaurants, liquor store, movie theater, yoga studio, coffee shop, brewery and so much more. Urban living in the heart of the village at Eagle Ranch. Located in downtown Eagle Ranch within walking distance to movie theater, fitness center,spa, golf, miles of bike paths, a small fishing pond, park and lots of other places to explore. You will need your own transportation, There is an in town /county wide bus system but it is about a .5 mile walk (20-ish min.) to the nearest bus stop. Uber is an option although slow or a local taxi services ($$$) There is access to the unit via Elevator, Indoor stairs and/ or Exterior stairs all with access to parking and the home.
