Guest access Estate grounds, nearby stream, shared pool, fully equipped kitchen, living rooms, decorative fireplace (not for use ), dining area, private entrance, 2 bedroom, fresh linens and, washer and dryer, towels, Wifi, Cable TV Pet fee is $40 per pet per day. No parties or events allowed. No outside noise after 10 pm. Other guests may be on the property. These businesses include the United States Post Office for area code 12136, the Old Chatham Country Store (which includes a cafe/restaurant), and Jackson's Old Chatham House (tavern and restaurant). The Old Chatham Sheepherding Company is also located in Old Chatham. Close by, the village of Chatham, NY is filled with independently-owned, one-of-a-kind retail stores, restaurants and galleries.
