There is central AC and heat throughout the house. The house is not set up well for children so I cannot accommodate children. All sorts of natural selections for sweeteners, teas, etc. Some common items are shared in cabinets and fridge (Ketchup, mayo, mustard, hot sauces, dressings, spices, etc.).
