Newly renovated, warm, inviting home in upscale neighborhood of Mount Lebanon with sweet dog. Walking distance to fun Beverly Street, the T to downtown, and small hiking park. Full bedroom set, Smart TV connected to Netflix (no cable), and one off-street parking space. Part of large 2 bedroom home, the two of us will provide you with ample privacy during your stay. Living room TV and Playstation. Your private bathroom and laundry is just down the hall from your room. Laundry is free! Your bedroom (2nd floor) is furnished with a television, full-sized bedroom set (sheets/towels optional), two clothing bureaus, and a smaller closet. Desk available. There is a small unfinished room within your bedroom; if you need storage, we could clear it out, but it isn't living space. All utilities and internet would be included. We do not have cable but we do have Netflix and Amazon Prime. We renovated the first and second floors (downstairs: living room, kitchen, dining room, powder room; upstairs: our bed/bath, your bed/bath, laundry room, our office). We intend to renovate the basement at some point, but currently we have it blocked off. Your private bathroom and the laundry room are both in the 2nd floor hallway. Mt Lebanon requires off-street parking at night. The driveway is two cars wide, so we would coordinate. I am home most of the time, so shouldn't be an issue. We do not currently have maid service, but would be happy to have monthly service if you rented here. Guests have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, and laundry room. You will also have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Quiet family neighborhood: 0.8 miles from Dormont Junction station (light rail/T to downtown) 0.4 miles (9 min walk) to shops on Beverly St (restaurants, dry cleaning, ice cream, banks) 0.3 miles (7 min walk) to Twin Hills Park for light hiking 0.5 miles (12 min walk) to Lincoln Elementary School Dormont Junction Station will take you directly downtown! We have a sweet dog with a loving disposition.
