This listing for BluRiver is the entire house, which includes the apartments of BluRiver Nest and BluRiver Canopy. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a closet, while each living room includes a pull out couch, adding 2 more beds to the property. With two kitchens, two indoor dining areas, and two full bathrooms, groups up to 10 are welcome to enjoy the amenities of this entire house while feeling separated by the two apartments. Great for family reunions or large groups! Both apartments include SmartTVs, and are ready to entertain with NetFlix (free of charge) and a TV antenna bringing the local channels. Of course, the other TV apps are available for your own log in. BluRiver receives 100M of wired internet, and around 20-30M of WiFi. Window AC units keep the property cool in the summer, while central heat keeps it warm in the winter! The rental at BluRiver Canopy includes the front deck and entire upper floor.
