Hepworth Studio Apartment, 3 Acre Wooded Property

Beautiful highly-rated and PRIVATE studio apartment at back of 3 acre wooded property, Hwy6 Hepworth. You can self check-in & out. Studio has a kitchen, living area, TV & gas fireplace. Property connects to Northern Dunes Golf Club & is 5 min from Bruce Ski’s Nordic Centre. It's 1 min from Tim Hortons, 7 min from Sauble Beach, 10 from Wiarton & 20 min from Owen Sound. ALL backgrounds welcome. 420 friendly. If you’re looking for a private place where you can enjoy nature, watch movies and hang out with some dwarf goats (because who doesn’t need some goat therapy), this is the place. Our studio apartment is separate from the main house in a building at the back of the property that also has a garage and workshop. The studio is private and entirely yours for the duration of your stay. We offer self check-in and out and aside from waving from across the property, you will not interact with anyone, including your hosts. We also thoroughly clean and disinfect the entire space after every stay. There is a flat screen TV, an xBox, and lots of DVDs. *The TV does not have cable, only movies. The living area includes a gas stove/fireplace. The Kitchen includes a Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Kettle, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Coffee and tea are available to all guests. Bed linens, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. Wifi is available but it is not good quality. It comes from the main house, so it works better as you get closer to the kitchen window. It works okay for surfing (although sometimes the signal is worse and it will only work outside in our outdoor kitchen) but it’s not appropriate for streaming videos or using netflix. *Note that this means the smart tv cannot stream netflix. There is no smoking of any kind inside but the property is 420 friendly. There is a private patio immediately outside the French doors of the studio that you are welcome to use as your consumption space. Parking is available. You are permitted to visit the forested area of our property as well as the gardens. There is a small deck outside the studio with adirondack chairs. In the spring/summer, there is a BBQ and a firepit that guests can use. We like our privacy, and we're sure you like yours, so we offer self check-in and out via a lockbox, although we're available by phone and text should anything come up during your stay. With the current virus situation, we are practicing social distancing. If you need anything, just let us know and we'll leave it on your porch for you to pick up. Hepworth has a Tim Horton's, a convenience store with a small grocery section (1 minute walk away), and a gas station. There is also a golf club and a cross country ski and snowshoe club. The convenience store is also a post office and an LCBO. Sauble Beach is 7 minutes by car, Wiarton is 10 minutes, Owen Sound is 20 minutes, Lion's Head is 40 minutes, and Tobermory is a bit more than an hour (times are approximate). There is a couch, so if a third person is willing to sleep on a couch, then a third person is allowed to stay at no additional charge, assuming they fully understand that the couch is standard, not pull-out. If a third person is coming, let us know when you book and we'll leave extra linens, blankets and pillows. You can walk to Tim Horton's (a short distance of the walk is along the side of the highway - 50 km zone - before you reach the sidewalk), however there is a large shoulder. You can also walk to the convenience store/LCBO, the golf club, the gas station, and a public park. The ski club is also walkable, but it takes about 20 minutes to walk (or 2 minutes by car).
