Quaint Cottage

Cozy house that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Open kitchen and dining room areas to spread out. Located near the downtown area, fast food, and Huber Park. The house has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, a TV with a Roku player and channels & an attached bathroom (stand up shower). The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a twin sized bed with a twin sized trundle bed underneath it. It also has a desk area. The living room has a comfortable grey leather couch & sofa with a 50” TV with a Roku Player to connect to any streaming service you need or mirror your phone or tablet to. The Dining room has a table with 4 chairs. Lastly you have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, coffee, we try to keep a few water bottles in the fridge, & plenty of pots pans, drink-ware & essentials in case you decide to cook while your in town. Our guest book has plenty of ideas for eating that you might miss if you didn’t know about! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, a laundry room, several closets, and a backyard for your use. The house is equipped with a smart lock so the guests will not have any inconvenience of waiting for us to get in and get comfortable. We do live in Borger and are available if needed. Less than 2 miles from McDonald’s, Sonic, Subway, Taco Bell, Braum’s & The Burger. About 1 mile from a Super Walmart. Car is going to be your primary transportation in Borger as we don’t have a great side walk system in place There is a shed in the backyard that could be used upon request. But further discussion with the owner would be required.
