Woodland Wings at Kingston Springs

Welcome to your wooded sanctuary! We are located only 20 minutes from Nashville shopping, and 25-30 minutes to Broadway. This apartment is located at the rear of our house, and you’ll enjoy a private entrance, a spacious bedroom, living space, and full bath. A small kitchenette rounds out the space and gives you the freedom have cozy mornings with a cup of coffee, and then go explore the town and city. The neighborhood is quiet, and feels a world away from the bustle of Nashville. The space is an eclectic woodland sanctuary. We love watching the many birds that flock to the feeders in the yard. This is a space that encourages you to relax, whether out by the fire pit, or indoors on the couch. You’ll have access to the entire apartment, which includes the bedroom, bath, living space and kitchenette. Outdoor space includes the patio outside your door, and the fire pit in the yard. We live on the property, and are generally available to help with any questions or concerns. We respect your preferences, and will allow you the privacy level you prefer. The neighborhood is exceptionally peaceful and has a quaint downtown area where you can find a few cute shops and some great wood-fired pizza. Best of all, it’s an easy 2 miles to the interstate so you can get wherever you need to go. It’s best to have a vehicle here. We are 30 minutes from the airport, and a couple miles off I-40 which runs East to West through Nashville. Head east to the city, or West, to nature! We have three mini dachshunds who live on the property! You may hear them bark occasionally. If we are home and you’d like to meet them, they are always up for a game of fetch!
