A shared patio with gas Weber BBQ are on the patio with 2 new cushioned wicker chairs, 4 new cushioned patio chairs surrounding a glass topped patio table (room for 6) and a brand new 10 foot patio umbrella with Solar LED lights WiFi is FAST - 50 MPS Guests access their apartment through a private entrance where they immediately encounter stairs and have access to the entire lower level. The exterior spaces are shared, like the Weber BBQ grill under the patio roof, fire pit and patio area on a first come first serve basis. We ask that all guest exercise courtesy after 10PM and refrain from loud noises. Hosts respond to texts quickly The property is located in a rural, country area with friendly neighbors. There is a full grocery store and gas station within 2 miles. The main rafting entry area for the Clark Fork River is close by, along with trailheads first great hiking. There is also a stocked fishing pond 2 exits away. Rock Creek, a renowned blue ribbon trout stream is 6 miles away. You will need a vehicle if you plan to explore the area. This apartment has a staircase immediately to the left after you enter. The stairs meet building codes and are even a gentler slope than required, but we ask that you don’t book if you have any issues with navigating stairs.
