Lovely tree lined neighborhood within 6 blocks of the Michigan State University campus. Living room with fireplace. Full breakfast served by the host every morning. Wifi available. Queen sized bed. Less than one mile to the Wharton Center or the Football Stadium, Munn Arena, and the Breslin Center. Also close to downtown East Lansing. Charming older home furnished with antiques. Many of the antiques are family heirlooms. Very comfortable bed. Down comforters for year round comfort. House has central air conditioning and used when the weather necessitates it. You can easily open windows for fresh air when desired. Hardwood floors throughout the house. The house was built in the late 1920's, and the bedrooms are on the second floor, so you must be able to walk up and down stairs comfortably. You are welcome to use the living room with a fireplace. This room is comfortable for reading, relaxing, and reflection. During the cold winter months, I often have a fire in the fireplace for you to enjoy. I will be available to help you find your way around East Lansing -- if you need help. I have lived here most of my life and know where everything is and how to get there. I know restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in the Greater Lansing Area. I provide a full home cooked breakfast in the morning and your choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The neighborhood is made up of families with young children, faculty and staff of MSU, and retirees. Six block walk to a bus that will either take you downtown Lansing to the capital or out to Okemos and the Meridian Mall area. Parking available in the driveway.
