We are located in a safe, quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood, conveniently located between Bristol, Johnson City, & Kingsport. Our home is great for families! We live in a very family-friendly, active, safe, wonderful neighborhood. Our home is cozy and inviting. We want you to feel right at home! Our space is very clean, comfortable, cozy, inviting, colorful, warm and welcoming. We hope you enjoy your stay!! We can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people. Our favorite space in our home is the kitchen and living room combo. It is very open and a great place to spend time with family and friends. Located off the kitchen is the garage where you will find a cabinet full of family-friendly games. Help yourself! There are also outdoor games and toys for your enjoyment. Our back deck is a great place to relax. You can see a view of the mountains. The backyard is fenced in and there is a basketball court. We have plenty of outdoor family games and toys too! The Master Bedroom has queen bed. The first Small Bedroom has a queen bed. The second Small Bedroom has a full bed. There is also a desk in this room for those needing work space! The fourth bedroom, and largest, has a king size bed as well as a futon that folds down to make a full bed. All 4 bedrooms and the 2 full bathrooms are located on the second floor. The laundry area is also located on the second floor. Help yourself to the washer and dryer, along with the detergent and softener. For your safety and ours, we have a ring doorbell which has a video camera. It points only and directly to the street. Honestly, our main reason for this is when our daughter is home alone. And to keep those teenage boys away. Hehe JK!! Just know it’s there! However, we are always a text away and more than happy to help! We have put together a book of fun things to do in and around our area!! Please let me know if you need anything at all or need help planning something fun. We live in an upscale family-friendly neighborhood. We are conveniently located between Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol. Bristol is approximately 5-10 minutes. Johnson City is approximately 15-25 minutes, depending on destination. Kingsport is approximately 15-25 minutes, depending on destination. The best way to get around is by car. The Bristol Motor Speedway is 1.5 miles from our home. Bays Mountain Putt Putt Bristol Caverns Appalachian Caverns Downtown Abingdon Roan Mountain State Park Please feel free to ask about other fun things in our area! I will be more than happy to help you plan some things to do while visiting our area! We have also put together an information book with things to do in our area. One towel & one washcloth will be provided for every 2 days per person. There is a washer and dryer complete with detergent, softener, and bleach you are welcome to use. However, please also feel free to bring extra if you prefer this option! Departure instructions will be left on site. We have made things extra simple to allow for an easy and relaxing checkout.
