Whether it's paddle-boarding, sailing or yoga on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific blue, you will most certainly find Pacific Beach to be San Diego's water wonderland. Remodeled in 2019, with the aesthetic of beach bungalow meets farm chic, each unit can be rented individually or you can rent the duplex as a whole for groups up to 12 + 2 infants who can sleep in the 2 pack n plays we have. We also provide 6 beach cruisers (with 1 trailer for a child) + beach chairs/umbrellas/towels/toys, so you have everything you need to enjoy PB's fun, laid-back vibe. We encourage each guest to explore the stunning wetland preserve along Mission Bay, or any the unparalleled miles of coastal boardwalk along our scenic beaches. Plan a picnic at Kate Sessions or a sunset bonfire…any and all of these are truly a ritual and way of life around here, made for cherished memories. The neighborhood: This is a peaceful area of PB and you wake up to chirping birds and breezes through the palm trees. You have peek views of Bay Park from the large deck in the front unit. Guest access: This unit's address is 2010 Reed Ave. You will have access to that address, which is the front unit on the property. It is the unit with the large deck out front, which is ideal for BBQs and entertaining. You do not share access to that space with the back unit (unless you rent them both). Cleaning: Through guidance from the EPA and CDC, maintaining green cleaning practices and essential measures to protect against infectious illnesses, continues to be our priority to ensure the health, safety and well-being of each guest in our home.
