Two story home in quiet and safe Mission Oaks neighborhood of Camarillo. Your room is private and shares a bathroom just steps away. Platform bed, desk, full closet and remote for the recently upgraded ceiling fan with dimmer light. Yard with built in firepit and community pool with hot tub adjacent to mountain views. 15 min to PCH 30 min to Zuma Beach in Malibu 15 min to Thousand Oaks & Ventura You will be sharing the home with myself (32 y/o female working professional), my two dogs and the occupants of the final two rooms in the home. The dogs are in their own partitioned area of the home and yard when I am not home. The home includes two living areas, a dining area, kitchen, backyard with fire pit & hammock, community pool & hot tub with mountain views, laundry, easy parking & a beautiful community great for walking & biking. In your room you will have a Queen bed (purchased in May 2019 for this listing), desk with personal coffee maker (uses both K-cup and any ground coffee), closet with hangers, dishes and utensils, towels & access to a bathroom just outside of the bedroom door. Shampoo, conditioner & soap are available in this bathroom which is only shared with the room next to it. Iron and board, hair dryer and other essentials are also available. In addition to hot drinks I also provide breakfast bars and fruit for your first breakfast in the home. If you have a specific requests please let me know. :) Within walking distance of the house (yet far enough to keep the noise away) is a Starbucks, Movie Theater, bodega, Cold Stone, several restaurants, bank etc. All guests must complete a free background check prior to arrival. This is usually a fairly quick process however it can take up to one full day so I like to get this started as soon as we agree to the dates. All guests currently in the home have passed the same check so this is added security for everyone in the home including yourself. The master bedroom is occasionally available as another listing.
