A quiet place to relax

Welcome! My name is Al and my home is located 20 mins outside of Washington DC, 5 mins to the Metro, 10 mins to University of Maryland and 20 mins to Annapolis MD, restaurants and dining 20 min to National Harbor. 5 mins to FedEx Field. You’ll love your stay because of the comfy bed and the convenient location. Private entrance+access to back patio, kitchenette, TV/Wifi. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I also live with my friendly dog, named Shorty. This is not a room in the basement is it on the main floor of the house. Guests enjoy a large room with a cozy living room this and bedroom. Private back patio entrance. It's a very private and safe area. Free parking. Free Wi-fi. TV. Shared bathroom. Access to back patio and yard. The DC metro is 5 mins away driving and there is a bus service. The room also has a mini kitchen with a large sink, microwave and a mini refrigerator. There is a private entrance off the deck with electronic locks I believe people need a certain amount of privacy I can be reached by text or cell phone I'm very close to the property. The neighborhood is very walkable and very safe we have a McDonald's burger king Red Lobster and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. There is a Metro Bus Line within a half a block and the bus runs every 20 minutes it goes directly to the metro station and from there you can get anywhere in the Washington DC area.
