Secluded acre near BWI and Baltimore

Secluded suburban acre 8 minutes from BWI Airport, 15 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and from Fort Meade, and 45 minutes from Washington DC. Private house attached to host house has 1220 square feet of cozy comfort--4 times the size of a hotel room! The house includes 2 bedrooms (one queen, one double), 1.5 baths, living room, foyer, dining room, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The one-acre lot has hundreds of trees and is great for your pets. The house is 1960s vintage, with many improvements over the years to include updated windows, insulation, geothermal (forced air) heating/cooling, and solar panels for electricity production. Older furniture is maintained for kid and pet friendliness, and gives the feeling of Grandma's house! The parking area fits three cars or one large vehicle such as a U-haul truck. The one-acre lot has hundreds of trees, bird feeders, and a nature trail around the periphery, and is great for any pets that come with you. I heartily welcome guests with families, pets, business travelers, airport travelers, couples wanting a romantic setting, folks visiting to see local attractions or family members, and local folks having issues with their houses. However, if you are in a group that is eyeing this property for some heavy drinking, please find another place to stay. I offer our guests complete privacy, but it is still my home, and I want my home to be used and enjoyed in ways that give me peace of mind. Thank you for honoring this request. The entire house, to include sun porch, is exclusively yours to enjoy; the one-acre lot is shared with the host family. From April to October I have a grill for barbecuing and a portable fire pit, should you want to enjoy a fireside evening chat. I enjoy interacting with our guests. I can offer you complete privacy, but if you'd like to have a chat, I will make myself available. The house is situated in a fairly dense suburban neighborhood, but is tucked away so that only my closest neighbors even know it's here. Hundreds of trees in the yard help create a little suburban oasis. There is a light rail station only 3/4 mile from the house, for easy access to Baltimore, without having to drive, and buses make regular stops in the area. The house is only a mile from the I-97 access ramps, and only two miles from I-695 (the Baltimore Beltway). I offer guests a TV with Netflix, but no cable service. Coffee, tea and other drinks are available at any time, and light breakfast items, including breakfast sandwiches, are also included should you need a bite to eat without having to leave.
